Grown from seed-potato pieces (1.5-2 oz, one eye each), not true seed. Plant 2-3 in deep, hill soil up around stems as they grow. New potatoes in 7-8 weeks; main crop dug after foliage dies back. SFG 6 in / 4 per sqft is denser than Johnny's commercial 12 in.
